Needle axial deep groove ball bearing
This combined bearing has no inner ring and is therefore particularly space-saving radially. However, this requires that the raceway of the shaft is hardened and ground. The axial part of the needle-axial deep groove ball bearings NX and NX..-Z is full complement (without cage). The axial part of the needle-axial deep groove ball bearings NKX and NKX..-Z (formerly NAXK/NAXK..-Z according to DIN 5429-1) is equipped with a ball race with sheet steel or plastic cage. This means that even higher axial loads can be absorbed. Depending on the type, the bearings are lubricated via a lubrication hole in the groove on the outer ring. Needle-axial deep groove ball bearings of the NX and NKX series are lubricated with oil. NX..-Z and NKX..-Z are lubricated with grease. To absorb axial forces, the bearing must be attached to the outer ring using snap rings or supported by a housing shoulder.

Needle axial cylindrical roller bearing
This combined bearing has no inner ring and is therefore particularly space-saving radially. However, this requires that the raceway of the shaft is hardened and ground. The axial part of the needle roller axial cylindrical roller bearings NKXR and NKXR..-Z (formerly NAXR/NAXR..-Z according to DIN 5429-1) has a roller and cage assembly with a plastic cage. The bearings are lubricated via a lubrication hole in the groove on the outer ring. Needle roller axial cylindrical roller bearings of the NKXR series are lubricated with oil, NKXR..-Z with grease. To absorb axial forces, the bearing must be attached to the outer ring using snap rings or supported by a housing shoulder.

Needle angular contact ball bearing
This combined bearing has an inner ring. Needle/angular contact ball bearings of the NKIA series comply with DIN 5429-2 and can only be subjected to axial loads on one side. Needle/angular contact ball bearings of the NKIB series can absorb alternating axial forces thanks to their special inner ring combination. This is achieved by the connection points of the inner rings, which form a shoulder on both sides to guide the ball race. The bearings are lubricated via a lubrication hole in the groove on the outer ring and are lubricated with oil or grease depending on the area of application. The bearing is attached by a fit on the shaft and in the housing.
