Cylindrical roller bearings - according to DIN616 ISO 15:1998

The majority of cylindrical roller bearings are single row. The rollers are guided between fixed rib on one of the two bearing rings. The bearing ring with the fixed rims and the roller set can be removed from the other bearing ring. The one-sided cylindrical roller bearings can withstand high radial loads and allow high speeds. They are manufactured in different designs, which differ in the arrangement of the rib.

The bearings are used as fixed bearings to absorb mutually acting axial forces. Cylindrical roller bearings have a cage made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 as standard and can be used up to +120°C. When used above 120°C or in difficult operating conditions, the bearings can also be supplied with a cage made of sheet steel or a solid cage made of brass. Cylindrical roller bearings are produced as standard in normal tolerances and with normal radial clearance. All main dimensions of the bearings correspond to the information in DIN 5412-1 or DIN 616 / ISO 15:1998.
