Track roller / Profi track roller

Single-row track rollers are constructed like deep groove ball bearings of the 62 series, but with a reinforced outer ring. Double-row track rollers are constructed similarly to double-row angular contact ball bearings of the 32A series, but with a contact angle of 25° and also a reinforced outer ring.

Single-row or double-row rollers absorb not only radial forces but also axial forces in both directions. With a spherical outer surface, lower edge loads occur in the event of misalignment. Rollers can be used universally, for example as transport rollers, support bearings and guide bearings.

Additional information

  • Operating temperatures

Track rollers are filled with a lithium soap grease and can be used at temperatures between -20°C and +110°C. Double-row track rollers can be relubricated via a lubrication hole on the inner ring. This only applies to track rollers. Stud type track roller are generally maintenance-free and cannot be relubricated.
