Stud type track rollers

Stud type track rollers are similar in design to single-row and double-row yoke type track rollers with axial guidance, but they have a solid roller journal with a fastening thread as a raceway. Depending on the design type, they also have a mounting aid or a lubrication option. Due to the thick-walled outer ring with profiled outer surface and the set of rolling elements, they can absorb high radial loads as well as axial loads from minor misalignments and skewing. Construction features

  • Stud type track rollers KR and Stud type track rollers KR...PP

    These stud type track rollers are designed for high loads and have extended relubrication intervals thanks to large grease spaces. In sealed form (PP) they require little maintenance.

  • Stud type track rollers KRV and stud type track rollers KRVE

    These stud type track rollers have a higher load capacity than the KR series, but the permissible speeds are lower. This series absolutely needs to be lubricated.

  • Stud type track roller NUKR

    Stud type track rollers in this series can absorb high loads and, thanks to the axial guidance via the rolling elements, also high lateral forces. This series permits higher speeds than the KRV series, but does not require relubrication.

  • Operating temperatures

    All stud type track rollers are provided with lithium soap grease and can be used in a temperature range of -30°C - +100°C.
