Bearings
We have an extensive selection of rolling bearings. From simple deep groove ball bearings to thin section bearings to crossed roller bearings or combined rolling bearings, we have everything for your application. All rolling bearings are manufactured according to their respective standards (DIN 617, DIN 625, DIN 628, DIN 615, DIN 630, DIN 5412 etc.) and are available in countless variants.
Housing UNits
Consisting of a bearing housing and bearing insert, these are assembled ready for installation at the factory. Bearing housings are made of gray cast iron as standard, but are also available in nodular cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel on request. Sealed bearing inserts are pre-greased and maintenance-free for light use.
Bearing housing
Similar to the housing bearing units, these units are significantly more extensive in their designs and are designed for demanding heavy-duty applications. Made of gray cast iron as standard, these housings can also be made of nodular cast iron, cast steel or solid material. Typical units are plummer block housings, block bearing housings, tension drum housings, flange bearing housings, etc.
Clamping elements
Clamping sets, clamping bushes, welded hubs or screw hubs, we have all common series in stock and manufacture them up to a diameter of 1500 mm. Production according to drawings in special grades or stainless steel is also possible with a short delivery time.
Plain bearing housing
Also known as eye bearings, these housings are a special type of housing bearings whose sliding properties are achieved through low-friction material pairings. Part of the low-friction material pairings are the plain bearing bushes made of steel, bronze or PTFE fabric, which are already mounted in the housing in versions A.
Spherical plain bearing
Spherical plain bearings, rod ends or plain bearing housings are not rolling bearings. The sliding contact is achieved by a spherical inner ring and a similarly spherical outer ring. Our plain bearings are manufactured according to DIN ISO 12240 and are differentiated between maintenance-free and maintenance-required.
Conveyor technology
The classic in Conveyor technology. Roller chains, conveyor chains, hollow pins, side arch chains, according to drawings or refined, there is hardly a chain that we cannot manufacture and only a few that we do not have in stock. In addition to high quality and availability, you benefit from short delivery times and fast production.
Drive technology
Standard sprockets and sprockets (also known as pinions) are in stock in C45E, S355 and 1.4301 and can also be adapted in our production according to drawings. All types of sprockets up to multi-part segment sprockets are manufactured from every material with every conceivable hardening process and surface treatment.
Bearing accessories
Here you will find, among other things, accessories for axially securing shaft-hub connections (fixation of the hub, no frictional connection), as well as classic rolling bearing accessories such as inner rings, adapter sleeves, locking plates, shaft nuts, etc.
Tension bearing
Insert bearings are single-row, ready-to-assemble units consisting of a solid outer ring and an inner ring widened on one or both sides. They are protected against contamination using P, L or T seals and are manufactured with plastic or sheet steel cages. They are also known as adjustment bearings.
